Payment for Services
Nurse Support Calls and À‑la‑carte visits must be paid at the time of booking.
Bundles must be paid in full before the first visit, or may be split into two payments (50% at booking, 50% midway through the service period).
Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days through auto‑pay.
Billing Schedule
Invoices or receipts are provided electronically.
Auto‑pay memberships renew every 30 days unless canceled in advance.
Any remaining balances must be resolved before additional visits can be scheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
This fee helps cover preparation time, travel planning, and the appointment slot that could have been offered to another family.
No‑Show Policy (“If No One Is Home”)
If the RN arrives at your home and:
No one answers the door
No one is present at the residence
The client is unavailable for the visit
This will be considered a no‑show, and the Full visit fee will be charged to the card on file.
This protects the time, travel, and resources dedicated to your scheduled appointment.

Please include your name and appointment time when canceling.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If a true emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at the RN’s discretion.
