My name is Rosa, and I am the Founder, Director, and Lead Registered Nurse of VitalFamilia. Caring for families has been at the heart of my nursing journey from the very beginning. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked in ICU, pediatric home health, LTAC, and infusion therapy. I’ve also served as an Assistant Director, Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and Tutor. I hold my CCRN certification, and my passion is providing evidence‑based, personalized care that empowers families to feel safe, supported, and confident.

My husband, Javier, is the owner of our LLC and an essential part of the foundation of VitalFamilia. He is deeply committed to the mission behind this practice and helps ensure that everything we do is grounded in integrity, organization, and family‑centered values. His support allows me to focus fully on delivering exceptional, compassionate care.
